Clinical Aesthetic Coordinator

Position Overview:

Victory Medical Institute is seeking a dedicated Clinical and Aesthetic Services Assistant to support our mission of providing cutting-edge regenerative therapies combined with the wisdom of traditional healing arts. The ideal candidate will assist with both clinical and aesthetic services, offering patients holistic care to enrich their lives beyond treating symptoms.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:

• Assist medical staff with regenerative therapies.
• Prepare patients for clinical procedures, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
• Record patient information, monitor vital signs, and support post-treatment care and follow-up.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms fully stocked with supplies.
• Support patient documentation, registration, and recordkeeping in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Aesthetic Services:

• Assist in non-invasive aesthetic treatments under medical supervision.
• Support skincare and wellness treatments aligned with each patient’s health goals.
• Educate patients about skincare, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that complement regenerative therapies.

Patient Education and Support:

• Provide compassionate, informative support to patients before, during, and after treatments.
• Help educate patients on personalized wellness plans to promote healing and long-term vitality.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with medical providers, aestheticians, and front desk staff for seamless care delivery.
• Participate in regular training and development related to regenerative medicine and aesthetic advancements.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification or similar qualification preferred.
• Experience in both clinical and aesthetic environments is highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care.
• Interest or knowledge in regenerative therapies, holistic health, and wellness approaches.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Phlebotomy Experience and Certification (Required)
