This position ensures optimal clinical adoption, training, and utilization of Philips technologies, driving customer satisfaction and supporting business growth. The CAS acts as a trusted clinical advisor to healthcare professionals, enabling them to deliver superior patient outcomes through advanced image-guided therapy solutions.# Your role: Clinical Support & Training + Deliver high-quality clinical education and hands-on training for physicians, nurses, and technicians on Philips IGTD systems and related workflows. + Support pre-installation and post-installation clinical activities, including case support and optimization of system usage. Distributor Enablement + Train and mentor distributor teams on clinical applications, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and adherence to Philips standards. + Provide ongoing clinical guidance to distributors to strengthen their ability to support end-users effectively. Case Support & Workflow Optimization + Assist in live clinical cases to ensure safe and effective use of Philips IGTD solutions. + Advise on best practices for workflow integration to maximize efficiency and clinical outcomes. Customer Engagement + Act as a clinical consultant to key stakeholders, building strong relationships with physicians and hospital staff. + Gather customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams for product and service improvement. Compliance & Quality + Ensure all activities comply with Philips policies, regulatory requirements, and local market standards. + Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, case support, and customer interactions.# You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Radiology, or related healthcare field. Minimum 3 years in a clinical or application specialist role within interventional cardiology, radiology, or vascular therapy. Experience supporting complex medical devices in cath labs or hybrid OR environments. Strong clinical knowledge of interventional procedures and imaging modalities. Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributors and internal teams.
