What you'll actually do:

🔹 Deliver hands-on clinical support in ICUs, Hemodialysis, and General surgery.

🔹 Design and run training programs that sharpen our commercial team's clinical edge.

🔹 Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and clinical decision-makers.

🔹 Lead product demonstrations, evaluations, and in-service education sessions.

🔹 Translate field feedback into actionable insights for the business.

🔹 Represent SMMP at medical conferences and clinical events across the Kingdom

What we're looking for:

🔹 Bachelor degree of science in nursing

🔹 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience in critical care or hemodialysis, General surgery.

🔹 Prior experience supporting medical devices or critical care consumables — a strong plus.

🔹 Real training ability — you can take complex clinical knowledge and make it stick.

🔹 Strong communicator with both clinical staff and commercial teams.

🔹 Fluent in Arabic and English.

🔹 Valid driving license + full readiness for frequent travel across Saudi Arabia.
