Clinical Assistant - RN, LPN, or CMA

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description

• Provide care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
• Meet the communication needs of patient and family.
• Provide care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
• Maintain regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures and standards.
• Communicate with provider and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license, LPN license or CMA certification.
• Proficient in drawing blood for labs.
• Attention to detail.
• Good customer service in daily operations of a busy clinic.
• Flexible and have the ability to multi task.
• Clinic office experience preferred.
• Computer skills.
• Experience with EHR preferred.
• Team player in a fast paced office setting with excellent customer service skills, excellent skills in patient assessment, and critical thinking.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English. (Additional languages preferred)
