Pay Rate: $51 – $56 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst (CBA) to support healthcare operations within a hospital setting. This role focuses on analyzing clinical workflows, identifying system improvement opportunities, and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clinical staff, IT teams, and leadership to ensure alignment between clinical operations and technology solutions, particularly within EMR/EHR platforms.
Analyze clinical workflows and operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and system enhancement opportunities
Gather, document, and translate business and clinical requirements into detailed functional specifications
Partner with IT teams, project managers, and clinical stakeholders to support system upgrades and enhancements
Support EMR/EHR optimization initiatives, including testing, validation, and end-user training
Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support clinical and operational decision-making
Participate in system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and internal policies
Provide troubleshooting support and workflow recommendations to improve system performance
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, Business, or related field required
Clinical background (RN, Allied Health, or relevant healthcare experience) preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or in healthcare systems analysis
Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) preferred
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment
