Clinical & Business Development Liason

Agency Maison is seeking a sophisticated, clinically-minded leader to serve as the Clinical & Business Development Liaison for our newly launched Home Health division.

In this dual-impact role, you will act as the "connective tissue" between Austin’s premier medical community and the private estates we serve. You are not just a representative; you are a consultant and a steward of well-being. You will be responsible for clinical oversight, ensuring our high-fidelity standards of care are met, while simultaneously cultivating the strategic partnerships that drive our boutique agency forward.

Core ResponsibilitiesI. Strategic Business Development & Advocacy

• Network Cultivation: Identify and nurture relationships with Austin’s elite medical community, including concierge physicians, private practice specialists, and discharge planners at premier facilities.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Agency Maison with executive polish, articulating our "Maison Method" to high-net-worth families and their advisors (Family Offices, Attorneys, and Estate Managers).
• Market Integration: Position the agency as the definitive solution for frictionless transitions from acute care to the sanctuary of a private residence.

II. Clinical Oversight & Onboarding

• Estate Assessments: Conduct in-depth, private consultations to audit the unique medical and lifestyle dynamics of a client’s household.
• Bespoke Care Architecture: Translate complex clinical requirements into a seamless, high-touch care plan that respects the rhythm and privacy of the home.
• Quality Assurance: Provide clinical oversight for our team of health aides, ensuring every engagement mirrors the excellence and discretion synonymous with the Maison brand.

III. Regulatory & Operational Excellence

• Compliance Stewardship: Assist the Founder in "ironing out" state-specific regulatory requirements and maintaining a "gold standard" for home health documentation.
• Talent Vetting: Participate in the selection of elite clinical talent, ensuring every aide possesses the "Maison Standard" of professionalism and empathy.

The Ideal Profile

• Clinical Foundation: A current Nursing License (RN or LVN) is required. Experience in Case Management, Hospice, or Private Duty Nursing is highly preferred.
• Executive Polish: You possess the diplomacy and "thick-skinned" nature required to navigate high-pressure environments and high-profile households with a focused, calm demeanor.
• Market Literacy: You have a deep understanding of the Austin medical landscape and an existing network of professional referrals.

Pay: $48,440.52 - $58,336.98 per year
