Bissell Clinic is a high-end, integrated wellness practice seeking a top-tier Clinical Care Coordinator to support advanced therapies and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The Role
You will operate at the center of clinical execution—supporting providers, delivering advanced therapies, and guiding patients through structured treatment plans. This position requires precision, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute daily clinical flow with efficiency and attention to detail
• Support delivery of advanced therapies: Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, Emvital, Exomind, shockwave, and spinal decompression
• Prepare treatment environments and ensure clinical readiness at all times
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and treatment adherence
• Drive patient compliance through scheduling, follow-up, and care plan coordination
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation
• Manage front office touchpoints including scheduling, payments, and patient communication
• Support reactivation and retention efforts to optimize patient continuity

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a clinical, chiropractic, PT, or medical setting preferred
• Strong operational discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities
• High-level communication skills and professional presence
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical workflows
• Background in kinesiology, exercise science, or health sciences preferred
