Find The RightJob.

We are seeking an exceptional LPN to join our growing functional medicine and longevity practice as a Clinical Concierge. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves both patient care and variety—someone who can support clinical operations, build strong patient relationships, perform in-office testing and nursing tasks, and help create the polished, high-touch experience our practice is known for.

About Us

The Johnson Center for Health is a high-touch functional medicine and longevity practice serving patients who want more than symptom management. Our patients are often high-performing professionals and health-conscious adults who are looking for a deeper, more personalized approach to energy, resilience, hormone balance, metabolic health, and long-term vitality.

We combine advanced testing, individualized care, and a relationship-based patient experience to help people better understand what is driving their symptoms and how to restore health at the root level.

We are growing and are looking for the right person to become a key part of our patient experience and clinical operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Concierge (LPN) who is warm, polished, organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working closely with patients in a premium, personalized care environment.

This is not a typical nursing role. It is a hybrid position that combines clinical support, patient communication, care coordination, and in-office testing, while also helping our team capture simple behind-the-scenes educational and social media content from daily clinic life.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, is highly dependable, communicates well, and can move easily between patient care, operational support, and light administrative tasks.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting the day-to-day flow of the clinic. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting patients in a warm, attentive, high-touch manner throughout their care experience
  • Performing patient check-ins and follow-up communication between visits
  • Assisting with in-office clinical tasks and diagnostics
  • Performing InBody scans, PNOĒ testing, HeartMath sessions, vitals, and other patient support tasks as needed
  • Answering phones and assisting with scheduling or front-office support when needed
  • Helping maintain smooth clinic flow and a calm, professional patient environment
  • Assisting with blood draws, IVs, and other nursing tasks within scope and training
  • Preparing rooms, supplies, and equipment for patient visits and testing
  • Reinforcing care plans and helping patients stay engaged and accountable
  • Documenting clearly and accurately in the EMR and internal systems
  • Coordinating with providers and team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Assisting with limited social media support, including simple photo/video capture in the office, helping document patient education moments, and supporting the marketing team with behind-the-scenes content when appropriate

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is both clinically capable and relationally strong. The right person is professional, mature, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing practice.

Required qualifications:

  • Active LPN license
  • Experience in a medical practice, wellness clinic, functional medicine, concierge, or other patient-facing healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with patient education, follow-up, and relationship-based care
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable with technology, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and anticipate needs

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with phlebotomy and IV therapy
  • Experience in a functional medicine, integrative medicine, preventive health, longevity, or concierge practice
  • Experience with high-touch patient service and follow-up
  • Comfort with simple content capture for social media and marketing support
  • Interest in health optimization, lifestyle medicine, and personalized care

Compensation and Training

  • Starting at $32/hour
  • The first several months will include focused training as you learn our systems, patient flow, testing processes, and practice model
  • Opportunity for growth as the role expands with the practice

Why This Role Is Different

This is an opportunity to be part of a practice that is rethinking how healthcare is delivered. We value depth, professionalism, patient connection, and a proactive approach to health.
