We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our healthcare team! Duties
- Coordinate daily clinical operations, including scheduling and resource allocation, to optimize patient flow and staff efficiency
- Support healthcare providers by managing medical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist in patient care activities by gathering medical histories, explaining procedures, and providing compassionate support throughout treatment processes
- Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to facilitate effective communication among team members and with patients
- Ensure all clinical activities adhere to safety protocols and privacy standards, including HIPAA compliance for protected health information
- Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and administrative staff to streamline care delivery and address any concerns promptly
- Assist with training new staff on clinical procedures, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- We are a full-service fertility clinic
- Proven experience in patient care or nursing roles with a strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
- Knowledge of physiology principles relevant to clinical settings to support accurate assessments and treatments
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic health record systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy at all times
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records and records management systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Prior experience coordinating clinical activities or supporting healthcare teams is preferred but not mandatory
- Pre-health students encouraged to apply
- Spanish fluency encouraged

Pay: $27.37 - $32.97 per hour
