Clinical Coordinator

Children’s Therapy Corner has provided rehabilitation and therapeutic services for children across Michigan since 1997. We are a family-owned outpatient clinic specializing in supporting children with physical, sensory, behavioral, cognitive, and communication needs. We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support our EHS services in an outpatient pediatric setting. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality care, and supporting coordination between clinical staff, administrative teams, and families. The Clinical Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining smooth workflows, supporting staff, and ensuring consistent communication across teams to deliver effective patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Physical Therapist with a degree from an accredited program.
  • 2 years of pediatric experience within a graduate program or previous employment
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work Full-Time Hours

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
  • Coordinate with clinical staff, administrative teams, and families to support service delivery
  • Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and workflow coordination
  • Participate in patient intake, scheduling, and utilization management in collaboration with administrative teams
  • Support billing, coding, and authorization processes to ensure timely service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) and identify trends to improve outcomes and clinic efficiency
  • Support staff development through training, mentoring, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and integration of new clinical staff
  • Ensure adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Participate in meetings, case discussions, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Serve as a point of contact for families, supporting communication and care coordination
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and clinic performance initiatives
