We are seeking to hire an experienced Clinical Coordinator. The clinical coordinator frequently interacts with patients, doctors, clinical staff, and insurance companies, needs experience with customer service tasks and the ability to maintain patient records and confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and ensure that all patient information is complete and up to date. Check patients’ insurance eligibility and co-payments, assign cases to therapists, and complete data entry in electronic records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and Update Patient Records
Clinical coordinators ensure that patients' electronic records are up to date and comply with laws and regulations. These records may include information from other care providers, accurate demographic information, proof of insurance and IDs. The clinical coordinator may ensure this information is complete and updated before the patient received services by our care providers.
Provide Administrative Support
Clinical coordinators also provide general administrative and clerical support to medical offices. These tasks can include answering phone calls and emails, managing schedules, and maintaining electronic or paper files and records.
Job Qualification:
Bilingual: Most speak fluent English/Spanish. ( due to the market demand)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
