Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Young Clinical Coordinator (LGPC,LCPC, LCSW, or LMSW) to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional mental health care.

FREE supervision provided for LGPCs and LMSWs.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services & Direct Patient Care

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for assigned clients
• Facilitate Therapeutic/clinical groups
• Provide age-appropriate care based on clients’ developmental needs
• Coordinate the development and timely implementation of treatment plans
• Participate in treatment plan meetings and contribute to collaborative care decisions
• Monitor changes in clients' clinical status and communicate updates to the treatment team
• Stay informed on best practices to enhance program quality

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field

Experience & Licensure:

• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health services
• At least 1 year experience facilitating therapeutic groups (preferred)
• Full licensure in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in good standing

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
