Clinical Coordinator (RN) – CNA Program

NEEMA International Medical Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Clinical Coordinator for our Arizona-approved CNA Training Program.

The Clinical Coordinator will oversee clinical education, coordinate student clinical placements, supervise students during training, ensure compliance with Arizona Board of Nursing requirements, and maintain strong relationships with clinical partner facilities. This role is essential to ensuring students receive quality instruction and successfully complete all clinical requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum one (1) year nursing experience in a long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or nursing home
  • Knowledge of Arizona Board of Nursing CNA program requirements
  • Experience supervising nursing assistants, healthcare staff, or CNA students
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Teaching or healthcare training experience
  • Experience using Canvas Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience coordinating clinical education programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage CNA clinical rotations
  • Supervise and evaluate student performance in clinical settings
  • Maintain student clinical records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona Board of Nursing regulations
  • Serve as liaison between NEEMA and clinical partner facilities
  • Assist with classroom instruction, skills labs, and student remediation as needed
  • Monitor student progress and provide coaching and mentorship
  • Maintain positive relationships with clinical partners and healthcare facilities

Schedule

This position supports a three-week CNA training program:

  • Week 1: Classroom Theory
  • Week 2: Skills Lab & Simulation
  • Week 3: Clinical Rotations

Additional opportunities may be available as future cohorts are scheduled.

Compensation

Salary: $6,000 per month

Pay: $6,000.00 per month
