We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead and support our clinical and infusion teams in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Position Summary

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations within the clinic and outpatient infusion center. This role provides direct leadership to clinical and infusion staff, coordinates workflows and scheduling, supports quality initiatives, and ensures a high standard of patient care and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have prior infusion nursing experience and demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

• Provide leadership, guidance, and daily support to clinical and infusion staff
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered care
• Assist staff with clinical workflows and provide hands-on support when needed
• Monitor staff performance and support coaching, training, and development initiatives

Infusion Center Operations

• Oversee clinical operations within the outpatient infusion center
• Ensure safe administration and coordination of infusion therapies
• Collaborate with providers and pharmacy staff to support timely and effective patient care
• Maintain compliance with infusion protocols, safety standards, and clinical best practices

Staffing & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain staffing schedules to ensure appropriate clinical coverage
• Coordinate staffing resources efficiently across clinic and infusion operations
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new clinical team members

Quality & Compliance

• Support quality assurance initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with administration on quality reporting and MIPS initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, infection control practices, and organizational policies

Resource & Workflow Management

• Assist with inventory oversight and management of clinical supplies and equipment
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic efficiency and patient flow
• Support implementation and optimization of clinical workflows and EHR processes

Qualifications

Required

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Previous infusion nursing experience required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

• Experience in infectious disease, specialty care, or outpatient infusion settings
• Experience with quality reporting and clinical compliance initiatives
