A little about the job....

• Works as department coordinator with staff, performs functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients on unit during shift.
• Responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment and for promotion of collaboration with all members of health care team.
• Clinical Coordinator contributes to performance appraisals of personnel on assigned shift and performs management duties in absence of Unit Director.

Qualifications for the job...

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama. Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or health related field.
• Two years of nursing experience required. Previous nursing experience in an obstetrical/neonatal setting preferred.
