The Pulmonary Hypertension Clinical Coordinator (RN) serves as the primary clinical resource for the multidisciplinary management of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and related disorders. This role integrates advanced clinical expertise, patient education, care coordination, and program development to deliver comprehensive, seamless care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The coordinator acts as the central point of contact for patients, families, and the healthcare team to support continuity and optimize clinical outcomes. The office is located on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Two + years of nursing experience in cardiology, pulmonology, critical care, or related specialty required.
• Experience with pulmonary hypertension or advanced heart/lung disease strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate and caring.
• Comfort working with specialty medications, infusion therapies, and complex care coordination.
• Accountable & self-directed.
• EPIC experience a plus.
