Overview:
Responsible for the coordination of the departmental clinical operations. Coordinates admissions/transfers to facilitate timely patient flow throughout the department. Delegates patient care to appropriate personnel by making assignments based on needs, abilities, and expertise. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient-care services. National Certification in Nursing Preferred
