Clinical Coordinator / Senior Therapist

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Clinical Coordinator / Senior Therapist to join our management team and help lead our outpatient services. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned clinician who enjoys mentoring others, organizing programs, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

About the Role
The Clinical Coordinator plays a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of our outpatient office. In this position, you will supervise clinical staff, help coordinate and organize programs, and ensure clients receive high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll also collaborate with community organizations—including local courts—to support clients as they navigate legal processes and connect with the services they need.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists and clinical staff
  • Coordinate and help manage outpatient treatment programs
  • Track and report program and client service data for the agency
  • Support program organization, scheduling, and service delivery
  • Work closely with community partners, including courts and other organizations
  • Assist clients in navigating court-related requirements and community resources
  • Promote a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Contribute to program development and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed therapist or license-eligible clinician with significant clinical experience
  • Prior experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to track program data and support agency reporting needs
  • Experience working with community partners or court systems is highly valued
  • A collaborative, upbeat, and client-centered approach
  • A strong team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
