START (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment) employs a positive approach to build upon an individual’s strengths to fortify experiences, ambition, character, and abilities. These services promote person-centered approaches and training for persons, families, and caregivers using positive approaches and other therapeutic tools.
The Clinical Team Leader plays a vital leadership role in the START Program, which provides trauma-informed, person-centered crisis prevention and intervention for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring behavioral health needs. Grounded in positive psychology and strength-based frameworks, START services aim to stabilize individuals through comprehensive system linkages, family engagement, and therapeutic coordination.
The Clinical Team Leader provides clinical supervision and program oversight to START Coordinators, ensuring delivery of high-quality behavioral health services that promote resiliency, autonomy, and inclusion. This role emphasizes collaborative system partnerships and ongoing staff development and requires clinical leadership during crisis and non-crisis interventions.

What we offer:
The base salary for this position ranges from $68,000 - $72,000 annually. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
