Clinical Data Management Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Clinical Data Management Trainer to deliver professional training programs in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about clinical research, data quality, regulatory compliance, and teaching, including freshers and professionals with up to 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Clinical Data Management (CDM) principles and processes.
• Teach clinical trial data collection, data entry, validation, cleaning, and database lock procedures.
• Introduce Case Report Forms (CRFs), electronic CRFs (eCRFs), and clinical data workflows.
• Explain database design, edit checks, discrepancy management, and query resolution.
• Introduce global clinical research guidelines and standards, including ICH-GCP, CDISC, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide basic exposure to clinical data management systems such as Oracle Clinical, Medidata Rave, and other EDC platforms.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, case studies, and course content.
• Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and participant assessments.
• Stay updated with developments in clinical research, data management systems, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medicine, Clinical Research, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of clinical research and Clinical Data Management processes.
• Familiarity with EDC systems, CDISC standards, or clinical databases is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for teaching.
