The Role

We're looking for an experienced Chairside Clinical Dental Assistant who brings both technical skill and genuine human warmth to the chair. If you understand that airway, sleep, and breathing are central to health and that a challenging patient is often a suffering patient you will fit right in here.

What You'll Do

• Provide 4 handed chairside assistance for a full range of clinical procedures, including TMJ and sleep-related protocols
• Operate CBCT imaging equipment and digital intraoral scanners with confidence
• Support patient flow, clinical documentation, and in-office technology systems
• Communicate with patients who may present with complex, chronic, or sensitive conditions with patience, empathy, and clarity
• Take real ownership of your responsibilities and follow through without needing to be managed step-by-step
• Collaborate as a dependable member of a close-knit clinical team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of clinical dental assisting experience
• Hands-on proficiency with CBCT imaging and digital scanning technology
• Comfort with dental software and general computer systems
• Genuine interest in the oral-systemic connection, airway health, and sleep-disordered breathing
• Ability to meet patients where they are; especially those dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, or complex histories
• A team-first mindset with a strong sense of personal accountability

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• $28–$37 per hour, based on experience and skills
