Clinical Dietitian

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Registered Dietitian / Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our healthcare team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs, developing personalized nutrition programs, and supporting overall health and wellness through evidence-based dietary planning and clinical nutrition management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ nutritional and health needs through consultations and clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans and therapeutic diets.
• Provide dietary counseling and nutrition education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Ministry of Health regulations and professional standards.
• Conduct nutrition screenings, assessments, and documentation accurately.
• Promote healthy lifestyle practices and preventive nutrition programs.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in clinical nutrition and dietetics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
• Holding a Master’s Degree is mandatory for Senior Dietitian
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in hospitals, medical centers, or healthcare institutions.
• Must be a Registered Dietitian and hold a valid professional license.
• Must be licensed and registered with the Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH).
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets, clinical nutrition, and patient counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong professional ethics and patient-care approach.
