Position Summary

The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of Revity Medical’s clinic locations. This role ensures the highest quality of patient care, staff efficiency, and operational effectiveness. The Clinic Director will manage administrative and clinical support teams, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and support the company’s growth and patient-focused mission.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring an efficient and patient-focused environment.
  • Manage facility upkeep, inventory, and supply purchasing to maintain smooth clinic function.
  • Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies.
  • Establish and oversee billing practices, revenue cycle management, and insurance contracts.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and support front desk, medical assistants, and administrative teams.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage clinical and administrative staff to uphold Revity Medical’s standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team efficiency and patient care.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that aligns with Revity Medical’s values.

Financial & Budgetary Oversight

  • Assist in budget preparation and cost management to meet financial targets.
  • Track clinic expenses and revenue, ensuring operational sustainability.

Patient Experience & Growth

  • Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention rates, ensuring a premium healthcare experience.
  • Address patient concerns and implement service improvements.
  • Work with marketing and leadership teams to grow patient volume and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must be a licensed and certified NP, PA or MD in the state of Utah, with no restrictions on practice.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of medical office procedures, billing, and insurance contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
