Clinical Director for Adolescent Day Treatment

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly personable and experienced Clinical Director with excellent communication skills to lead the opening of our new Adolescent Day Treatment program in May 2026. This pivotal role involves buy in to our philosophy of promoting well-being, creative therapeutic modalities, giving input into program design and workflow, overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services, and maintaining outstanding customer service. Duties

  • Provide proactive leadership and strategic direction for the adolescent day treatment program, ensuring alignment with goal of promoting wellness
  • Oversee clinical staff, including therapists, case managers, support personnel and interns, and maintaining high standards of care
  • Ensure all clinical practices adhere to State licensing and JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards for quality and safety
  • Collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in medical aspects of patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
  • Monitor program operations for efficiency, compliance, and continuous quality improvement in service delivery and client outcomes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practices in adolescent mental health treatment
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, external partners, families, and community agencies to support comprehensive care coordination
  • Maintain a culture of excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare leadership or management with a focus on mental health services for adolescents
  • Strong background in program management and clinical supervision within a licensed healthcare setting
  • Experience maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or related field preferred; Master’s degree required
  • Valid MA licensure or certification relevant to adolescent mental health services (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, RN)

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
