Clinical Director | Men's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Clinical Director (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)Join a Different Kind of Healthcare Experience

Are you tired of rushing through patients every 10-15 minutes?

Do you miss the feeling of truly getting to know your patients, understanding their goals, and helping them make meaningful improvements in their health?

At Gameday Men's Health Northpointe, we believe healthcare should be personal.

We believe patients deserve more than a prescription and a quick follow-up. We take the time to listen, educate, coach, and support our patients throughout their journey. Our goal isn't simply to provide treatment—it's to help men regain their energy, confidence, health, and quality of life.

We're looking for a Clinical Director who shares that philosophy.

This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, highly organized, relationship-driven, and energized by helping patients achieve real results. You'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients, lead an exceptional team, and help shape the culture of a growing practice that values service, accountability, and excellence.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to diagnose and prescribe.

We're looking for someone who wants to lead, mentor, build trust, follow through, and become an important part of our patients' lives and our community.

Who We Are

Gameday Men's Health Northpointe is a concierge-style men's health clinic serving the Tomball and Cypress communities.

We specialize in:

  • Testosterone Optimization
  • Erectile Dysfunction Treatments
  • Weight Loss Programs
  • Peptide Therapy
  • Vitamin Therapy
  • Performance and Longevity Treatments

Our mission is simple:

Help Men Feel Like Themselves Again.

Every patient receives personalized attention, ongoing support, and a treatment plan tailored to their goals.

We focus on relationships over volume, outcomes over transactions, and patient experience above all else.

Our Core ValuesPatients First, Always

We believe exceptional healthcare starts with genuine relationships. We take the time to listen, understand our patients' goals, and provide personalized care that helps them achieve meaningful results. Every patient should leave feeling heard, respected, and cared for.

Own the Outcome

We don't simply provide treatments—we guide patients through their health journey. We take responsibility for helping patients stay engaged, follow through with their plans, and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Follow Through

Details matter. Whether it's returning a phone call, reviewing lab results, checking in with a patient, or supporting a teammate, we do what we say we're going to do. We believe trust is built through consistency.

Lead With Positivity

Our patients often come to us frustrated, discouraged, or feeling unlike themselves. We bring energy, encouragement, and optimism to every interaction. We strive to create an environment where both patients and team members enjoy coming to the clinic.

Build Relationships, Not Transactions

We are a relationship-driven practice. We take pride in knowing our patients, remembering their stories, celebrating their successes, and being a trusted partner in their health and wellness journey.

Be a Team Player

Great patient care requires collaboration. We support one another, communicate openly, step in when help is needed, and work together toward shared goals.

Embrace Growth

We are committed to continuous improvement—for ourselves, our patients, and our clinic. We welcome feedback, pursue learning opportunities, and constantly look for ways to improve the patient experience.

Be Involved in the Community

We believe healthcare extends beyond the walls of our clinic. We actively engage with local businesses, organizations, and community events to educate, build relationships, and make a positive impact in the communities we serve.
