Dental Assistant – Concierge / VIP Practice

We are a private, high-end dental practice focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience through precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. We prioritize quality over volume and create a calm, refined environment for both patients and team members.

We are seeking a Dental Assistant who brings a positive, polished presence and takes pride in both clinical excellence and elevating every aspect of the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside with efficiency, anticipation, and attention to detail
• Provide a concierge-level patient experience from start to finish
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and audit-ready clinical documentation
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards
• Support digital workflows (scanning, CBCT, photography as applicable)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team

Qualifications

• Positive, professional, and polished demeanor
• Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
• Experience with digital dentistry preferred
• 2+ years dental assisting experience preferred
• $500 extra if you have an active certified dental assisting license and takes 15 hours of CE per year (please share you continued education)

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
