Clinical Fellowship / Pediatric SLP

Express Communication Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY-SLP) and Speech Language Patholigist to join our growing pediatric private practice team.

We provide speech-language therapy services in clinic, daycare, preschool, and community settings throughout the Triad area. We are looking for clinicians who are collaborative, family-centered, organized, and passionate about working with children.

Compensation Structure

Caseload Building Phase (First 60–90 Days)

During the onboarding and caseload-building period, clinicians receive:

• Up to 15 hours/week of approved administrative time at $20/hour
• Includes documentation, treatment planning, trainings, parent communication, supervision meetings, and other assigned clinic responsibilities
• Administrative hours are assigned and approved based on clinic needs during the caseload-building phase.

Transition to Productivity-Based Compensation

Once clinicians consistently maintain approximately 30 completed therapy visits per week, compensation transitions to a productivity/per-visit model and guaranteed administrative hours are discontinued.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure
• Eligible for ASHA Clinical Fellowship
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation
