KRA Deliverables / Targets
1. Quality Control- Ensure correctness of all reports with necessary cross-reference from clinical history.
- Communicate with concerned doctors/clients in case of highly abnormal reports.
Target: 99.5% report correctness to be achieved.
2. Turnaround Time (TAT)- Monitor TAT from sample registration (accession) to report release.
Target: 95% compliance at all locations.
3. Grievance Redressal- Address all grievances through re-testing or direct communication with clients/doctors, wherever required.
Target: 100% resolution of reported grievances.
4. Equipment Maintenance & Calibration (CPRT)- Maintain AMCs strictly as per requirement.
- Use minimum controls/calibrators while ensuring optimum quality.
5. Sample Load Analysis & Cost Optimization- Analyze sample loads for all tests to decide between in-house processing or outsourcing.
- Negotiate outsourcing rates for maximum cost-effectiveness.
6. New Parameters & Equipment Evaluation- Introduce new parameters based on market intelligence and sample load trends.
- Align equipment profiles across all locations as per test volume and utilization.
7. Supply Chain Management & Consumption Tracking- Ensure material consumption and procurement compliance with industry benchmarks and budget.
- Maintain material stock not exceeding 45 days.
- Implement wastage and leakage control measures.
- Ensure consumables are used before expiry to minimize losses.
8. E-DOS Implementation- Complete E-DOS implementation as per timeline finalized by Business Head.
9. Internal Audits & Quality Reviews- Conduct internal quality audits and reviews for all laboratories at least once every quarter.
10. Lab Visits- Visit all laboratories once every quarter to review operations and compliance.
11. Clinical Operations Hierarchy- Define and implement a clear hierarchy for clinical operations, including pathologists at all locations.
12. Manpower Resource Optimization- Optimize manpower utilization across all labs in line with industry benchmarks and budget achievement.
13. Pathologist Roster Management- Ensure strict adherence to roster to prevent any delay in report release.
14. CME (Continuing Medical Education)- Organize one major CME event every quarter and one minor CME/webinar each month.
15. Newsletter & Publications- Contribute a minimum of two articles from the pathology team for each newsletter/publication cycle.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
