Hiring: Clinical Instructor (CI) – Nursing

• Position: Clinical Instructor (Nursing)
• Department: Nursing Education / Training
• Location: Amandeep Medicity Hospital, Amritsar

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical training and supervision to nursing students and staff nurses.
• Conduct bedside teaching, demonstrations, and skill training sessions.
• Assess clinical competencies and performance of nursing trainees.
• Ensure adherence to nursing protocols, policies, and SOPs.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with Nursing Superintendent and department heads for training needs.
• Support quality improvement and NABH training requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / GNM
• Minimum 3–10 years clinical experience (Teaching experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical training

Skills Required:

• Good communication and teaching skills
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Documentation and reporting skills
