Position description:

As a Clinical Integration Specialist, you will become a trusted partner to dentists, orthodontists, and their teams, guiding them through onboarding, training, and workflow integration. You’ll blend your clinical knowledge with your passion for education and technology to ensure practices succeed with Alta Smiles products from day one through long-term adoption.

This role is ideal for someone with a dental or orthodontic background who enjoys working with doctors and staff, thrives in dynamic environments, and is motivated by helping practices achieve growth through innovation. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead onboarding and training sessions (virtual and in-office) for C5 Hidden Orthodontics and other Alta Smiles solutions.
  • Provide hands-on clinical support when physical presence is a practical option.
  • Provide troubleshooting, and workflow guidance to doctors and teams.
  • Support the sales team to drive product adoption and uncover opportunities for practice growth.
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations and educational events to highlight the clinical and patient benefits of C5 Hidden Orthodontics.
  • Act as a clinical resource at exhibitions, conferences, and roundtables.
  • Track customer interactions in CRM systems to ensure seamless support and communication.
  • Travel occasionally (approx. 20%) to support in-practice integration and professional events.

This is a full-time position (40 hours) that will be performed out of our company headquarters in Fort Washington when not in the field supporting customer practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in an orthodontic or dental lab
  • Strong knowledge of aligner systems, orthodontic workflows, and digital dentistry.
  • Experience training, educating, or supporting clinicians in practice settings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and proactive with a customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Familiarity with IOS, 3D design software, and digital orthodontic platforms (preferred).
  • Proven success in driving adoption of new orthodontic solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of new technology in a clinical setting (preferred).
  • Bilingual abilities a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
