Who This Role Is For

You are the person everyone calls when systems break—and you fix it fast.

You have hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) and can troubleshoot workflows, templates, and provider issues without escalation. You are equally comfortable supporting Mac and Windows environments, managing users remotely, and prioritizing multiple urgent requests across clinics.

If you need step-by-step instructions for common IT issues, this is NOT the role.

What You’ll Do

Primary Focus: eClinicalWorks (ECW)

  • Resolve real-time provider issues (orders, encounters, templates, workflows)
  • Identify root causes of recurring clinic inefficiencies
  • Optimize ECW workflows for speed and usability
  • Train staff on best practices

IT & Systems Support

  • Support RingCentral, Outlook, user access, and login issues
  • Troubleshoot Mac + PC hardware/software remotely
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access

Onboarding & Setup

  • Configure new hire devices (Mac & PC)
  • Ensure Day 1 readiness across all systems
  • Coordinate with HR & operations

Workflow Improvement

  • Identify repeat issues and eliminate them permanently
  • Improve system efficiency across multiple clinics

What Success Looks Like

  • Clinics run without disruption
  • ECW issues are resolved quickly with minimal escalation
  • New hires are fully operational Day 1
  • Recurring issues decrease over time

Required Experience

  • Hands-on eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
  • 2+ years IT support (multi-site or remote environment preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and user workflows
  • Experience with both Mac and Windows
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping tasks

Compensation

  • $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
  • Growth path to Lead ECW / Systems Support

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
