Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our chemistry team in Kernersville and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely patient results every day.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and moderate-complexity clinical chemistry and immunoassay testing on Abbott Architect Ci systems (CMPs, BMPs, lipid panels, cardiac markers, thyroid, therapeutic drug monitoring, etc.)
• Perform daily quality control, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on Abbott Architect Ci analyzers
• Verify, validate, and release patient results in the LIS with strict attention to accuracy and turnaround time
• Follow all CLIA, CAP, COLA, and OSHA regulations and maintain meticulous documentation
• Participate in proficiency testing and instrument correlations as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Abbott Architect Ci systems strongly preferred
• ASCP (MT/MLT) or equivalent certification is a plus; non-certified candidates with solid Abbott experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail, excellent pipetting technique, and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation and ability to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule
