Clinical Lead, Fertility PA/NP

We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least two years of experience in fertility or reproductive endocrinology to join our dynamic team. This is not a traditional NP/PA role — it is an opportunity to practice at the highest level, working alongside physicians while managing your own cycles and directly guiding patients through their fertility journeys.

About the Role

As an NP or PA at Infinity Fertility Center, you will serve as a true partner in patient care, taking on physician-level responsibilities within a collaborative team. Your work will include:

• Independently managing patient cycles, from monitoring to follow-up, in close coordination with the physician team.
• Performing evaluations, consultations, and ongoing patient management.
• Conducting and interpreting ultrasound scans.
• Managing medicated and injectable treatment cycles.
• Performing and assisting with procedures such as intrauterine inseminations (IUI), endometrial biopsies, saline infusion sonograms, and other advanced fertility evaluations.
• Providing compassionate, expert patient education and counseling throughout the IVF journey.
• Acting as a leader and trusted provider within a fast-growing clinic, shaping the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current New York State NP or PA license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fertility or reproductive endocrinology.
• Proficiency in ultrasound monitoring, cycle management, and fertility-related procedures (IUI, biopsies, sonograms, etc.).
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and leadership ability.
• Deep passion for patient-centered care and reproductive medicine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
