Clinical Lead – Healthcare (Emergency & Triage Focus)

Seha Care is building a sovereign, voice-first AI platform designed to serve as a national digital front door for healthcare systems. The platform performs clinically aligned triage (ESI 1–5), patient navigation, and emergency routing under strict data sovereignty and regulatory standards.

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to own clinical governance, ESI logic validation, medical safety frameworks, and regulatory alignment.

The Clinical Lead will serve as the clinical authority within Seha Care, responsible for:

• Ownership of ESI 1–5 clinical logic
• Medical safety thresholds and risk tolerance definition
• Under-triage prevention strategy
• Clinical governance documentation
• Regulatory submission readiness
• Alignment with healthcare authorities and hospital standards

The role bridges clinical medicine and AI system design.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Governance & Safety

• Define and validate deterministic ESI logic
• Approve symptom escalation rules and red-flag triggers
• Monitor under-triage and over-triage rates
• Participate in model safety audits
• Maintain a Model Risk Register from a clinical perspective

Regulatory & Compliance

• Prepare documentation for healthcare authorities
• Participate in regulatory readiness reviews
• Align system logic with national emergency triage protocols
• Review AI explainability outputs from a clinical lens

Strategic Clinical Oversight

• Act as clinical signatory for pilot deployments
• Advise on hospital integration workflows
• Define escalation-to-human protocols
• Participate in institutional presentations to healthcare stakeholders

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Direct experience in Emergency Medicine OR hospital triage systems
• Strong familiarity with ESI classification frameworks
• Experience with hospital quality or patient safety processes

Highly Preferred:

• Experience in hospital accreditation or clinical governance
• Experience in digital health initiatives
• Exposure to healthcare regulatory bodies
• Experience in policy or protocol development

Language:

• Arabic (Fluent)

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month
