Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Clinical Liaison to join our team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and our organization, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, account management, and communication skills, with a focus on medical and pharmaceutical sales. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions while engaging with clients through product demonstrations and technical sales strategies.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to promote our medical products and services.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
  • Manage accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in B2B sales activities, including prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies based on analysis of market trends and customer feedback.
  • Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical expertise during sales discussions, explaining product functionalities and benefits clearly.
  • Organize and deliver professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint; prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Word.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities using organizational skills to ensure follow-up and account growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences across various platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools for data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate product demos, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term professional relationships. This position is integral to our success in delivering innovative healthcare solutions while providing meaningful support to our clients through expert product knowledge and exceptional service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
