Clinical Liaison/ LPN

Duties:

• Assist healthcare professionals in documenting patient medical records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
• Accompany physicians during patient examinations and transcribe relevant information into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.
• Ensure all patient orders and referrals are provided to facility
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate efficient patient care.
• Build positive relationships within the facility
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is required
• Proficient typing skills and ability to accurately transcribe information in real-time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
