Job Summary:
The Clinical Liaison is responsible for overseeing marketing, and sales development programs in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and Human Technology, Inc. policies, procedures and guidelines. Responsible for marketing and information/publication services, development and implementation of regional marketing plan and corresponding budget compliant with Human Technology, Inc. branding standards. This position is responsible for production and placement of all marketing materials. Duties will include community outreach to external constituencies, and negotiation of cooperative agreements to benefit the Company in cooperation with appropriate Executive Management staff members. Responsible for sales development programs to include education, and special events. This position may work evenings attending meetings and events.
Job Duty:
Manages and implements marketing strategy efforts with the COO and CEO for Human Technology, Inc. and assigned locations. Oversees the designing and development of promotional and programmatic marketing materials to maintain a cohesive message and meet Branding Standards. Assists in the graphic design of multiple forms of publications including brochures, flyers, program announcements, invitations, bulletins, power point presentations, and seminar materials. Data analysis including periodic marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing sales, and expenses.
Periodic reporting and quarterly data analysis of website and workshop performance to ensure best possible performance of program outreach efforts.
Must maintain research database.
Continual research and education in marketing strategies and tools to ensure program outreach efforts are kept up to date with industry standards.
Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
Organizes in services and outreach, both electronic formats such as webinars, and in person for regular workshops and major events. Minimum Qualifications and Skills Must have an Associate degree and minimum of 2 (two) years of appropriate Marketing experience.
Proven experience in creating opportunities to market an organization and/or its services
Experience in organizing, scheduling and event planning.
Strong grasp of English spelling, grammar and punctuation, editing writing material accurately
Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, blogging and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Self-starter and strong time management skills.
Comfortable working in a team environment and networking with community resources.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task and be a team player.
Prior experience in healthcare will be preferred.
Special Requirements or Considerations of the Job This position requires a criminal background check. Check with Office of Attorney General and employment background check.
Considerable travel in the Tri-State area may be necessary in order to attend meetings with others in the field or to conduct research into emerging market trends.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
