Clinical Manager / Clinical Coordinator (Nighs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital clinical operations
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow
• Ensure coordination between clinical, nursing, and support departments
• Maintain high standards of patient care and CMS services
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Supervise QA, Infection Control, MR and administrative functions
• Implement systems to improve efficiency and patient experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in , Healthcare Management, MBBS, Registrar in ER or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in hospital/clinic operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple functions
