Duties

• Accurately transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient examinations, procedures, and consultations using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient histories, physical exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions in real-time.
• Manage and update electronic medical records (EMR) with precise medical terminology, anatomy, physiology details, and relevant patient information.
• Support medical documentation processes by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient workflow during busy clinic hours
• Utilize strong typing skills to maintain rapid and accurate documentation without disrupting patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient records while adhering to legal and institutional standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in transcription, typing, and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is essential.
