Clinical Nurse (LPN or RN) – Concierge Pediatric & Family Medicine Practice (Part-Time)

Position Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys working in a small, collaborative practice and is comfortable managing clinical workflows, triage, and patient communication with a high level of independence.

The nurse will work closely with the physician to support both pediatric and adult patients while helping maintain the warm, attentive experience our members expect.

Schedule

Part-time position averaging 24–28 hours per week.

Typical clinic schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: In-office clinical hours
• Friday: Half-day in office dependent on practice needs, with additional administrative or triage support as needed
• Tuesday: Telephone triage, patient communication, and administrative support (remote or in-office depending on practice needs)

Clinic hours are generally 8:00/8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with half days typically 8:30 AM – 1:00–2:00 PM depending on patient demand.

Compensation

$33–35 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Patient triage and clinical assessment
• Phone and secure message triage
• Rooming patients and assisting with visits
• Vital Assessments
• Clinical documentation support
• Care coordination and follow-up
• IV insertion and IM injections
• Vaccine administration and medication preparation/administration
• Supporting patient onboarding and member experience
• Maintaining clinical organization and workflow

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN or RN license
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience preferred
• Pediatric or family medicine experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with independent triage and patient communication
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment
