Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Indian Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dublin. This role is designed for a highly skilled professional who can provide expert clinical care while serving as a linguistic bridge for Dublin’s diverse international patient base and European medical collaborations. You will operate at an advanced level, providing consultation, leadership, and research-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Provide expert nursing care in a defined specialty (e.g., ICU, Oncology, Cardiology, or Geriatrics).
• Multilingual Consultation: Utilize German and Spanish to facilitate patient assessments, family meetings, and international medical documentation.
• Patient Advocacy: Act as a specialist resource for patients, ensuring their care plans are communicated effectively across language barriers.
• Education & Mentorship: Train and supervise junior nursing staff and students in advanced clinical protocols.
• Audit & Research: Lead clinical audits and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes in the department.

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. Nursing + Post-Graduate Diploma/Master’s in a Nursing Specialty (Mandatory for CNS grade in Ireland).
• Experience: 4–8 years of active clinical experience in a multi-specialty hospital.
• NMBI Status: Must possess a Decision Letter or a full NMBI PIN.
• Linguistic Profile:
• English: IELTS (7.0) or OET (Grade B) as per NMBI standards.
• German: Minimum B2/C1 Level proficiency.
• Spanish: Minimum B2/C1 Level proficiency.
• Location: Must be willing to relocate to Dublin and work in a fast-paced urban hospital environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹56,868.76 - ₹163,448.93 per month
