Vrata Hotel Qatar is looking for a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist / Senior Nurse to join our private healthcare team. This role is integral to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the wellbeing of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced nursing care to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff to implement treatment protocols and improve patient outcomes.
• Supervise junior nursing staff and provide mentorship and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in nursing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree or specialization is preferred.
• Valid nursing license in Qatar.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a focus on specialty areas.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly rate between 70 to 120 QAR, depending on experience and qualifications.
