Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist /* Senior Nurse* to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is essential in providing expert clinical guidance, facilitating patient care excellence, and supporting nursing staff in delivering high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement effective patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Mentor and train nursing staff, providing guidance on best practices and protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and deliver education on health management.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to enhance communication and understanding.
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia.
• 5+ years of experience in nursing, with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical nurse specialist or senior nurse role.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and advanced clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
