CLINICAL OFFICE LEAD (3 YRS. EXP. REQ.) LPN or CMA

Our established single-physician urology practice is seeking an experienced candidate to join our team in a full-time Clinical Office Lead position. This leadership role works closely with the physician and plays an important part in maintaining efficient clinic operations and delivering high-quality patient care.

As a lead role, this position includes team leadership responsibilities, helping mentor and support a small team of medical assistants to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician and clinical staff in delivering patient care
• Perform basic patient exams, document patient history, and record vital signs
• Prepare patients for procedures, including gathering medical history and necessary information
• Administer injections, perform phlebotomy, and handle lab specimens as needed
• Oversee daily clinical workflow and provide support and guidance to medical assistants
• Help ensure smooth clinic operations, including coordinating schedules, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Assist with quality reporting and documentation (MIPS knowledge preferred)

Qualifications

• Proficient in back-office LPN or Medical Assistant responsibilities
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• MIPS knowledge or experience preferred
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Previous urology experience desired but not required
• Understanding of insurance plans, deductibles, coinsurance, and copays helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
