Clinical Operations Assistant (Chart Review Specialist)

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of patient chart review and medical diagnoses to support our operations team.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and diagnoses
• Experience reviewing patient charts, clinical notes, and treatment plans
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect clinical information
• Good knowledge of documentation standards and compliance
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with providers and staff

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient charts for accuracy, completeness, and clinical correctness
• Verify diagnoses, treatment plans, and physician documentation
• Identify and flag documentation errors or inconsistencies
• Ensure all records meet medical and compliance standards
• Coordinate with providers and staff to clarify or correct chart details
• Maintain proper documentation within EMR/EHR systems

Preferred Qualification

• Background in healthcare, medical billing, coding, nursing, or allied health sciences
• Experience in medical chart auditing or QA is a plus

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
