Clinical Operations Coordinator (LVN Preferred)

HouseCall MD is a growing mobile primary care practice serving seniors in homes, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern California.

We are seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to help lead daily operations, support our providers, and ensure patients receive exceptional care. This position is ideal for someone with healthcare experience who enjoys problem-solving, making decisions, coordinating teams, and improving processes.

This is not a traditional clinical role. While clinical knowledge is valuable, we are looking for a leader who can think critically, take ownership, and help drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily clinical and operational workflows
  • Support providers with scheduling, patient care coordination, and issue resolution
  • Communicate with facilities, patients, families, and healthcare partners
  • Assist with onboarding and supporting providers
  • Monitor workflow performance and help improve processes
  • Help supervise and support administrative and clinical support staff
  • Escalate urgent concerns appropriately
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Participate in special projects and organizational growth initiatives

Preferred Experience

  • Medical Assistant (MA), LVN, CNA, healthcare administration, care coordination, home health, hospice, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, medical office management, or related healthcare experience
  • Experience working with geriatric populations
  • Supervisory, lead, or management experience preferred
  • Experience working with physicians or advanced practice providers preferred
