Healing Well Counseling Services – Goldsboro, NC

Healing Well Counseling Services is seeking a full-time Clinical Operations & Intake Coordinator to support client intake, referral management, documentation preparation, and clinical workflow operations within a growing behavioral health practice.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Pay:
$20 – $35 per hour based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing new client referrals
• Scheduling intake appointments
• Conducting intake interviews
• Preparing assessment documentation
• Monitoring chart completeness
• Supporting clinician schedules
• Managing intake and documentation workflows

This position is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in behavioral health, including MSW students seeking clinical experience.

All clinical services are supervised by licensed clinicians in accordance with North Carolina regulations.

Location: On-site in Goldsboro, NC.

Pay: $23.59 - $28.41 per hour
