Job Roles:

• Prescription Review (IP& OP)
• Imparting continuous education & training to paramedical (nurses & pharmacists) & medical staff (junior emergency doctors) regarding safe & proper drug prescription & administration, Management of medications.
• Successful Implementation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Imparting continuous patient counselling regarding safe drug usage.
• Promote patient safety & clinical performance standards.
• Maintaining Clinical indicators.
• Monitoring & documenting Adverse Drug Events & ADRs.
• Supporting drug related clinical studies as required.
• Filling, sealing & auditing of Crash Carts every month.
• Closures of Medication Errors & Adverse drug reaction.
• Audits of short expiry drugs & storage of medication every month.
• Updating of policies & processes.
• Updating of Sound alike, look alike, High risk medications lists.
• Updating of dashboards of Clinical Pharmacy.
• Conduct internal and external departmental audits as and when required.
• Closures for NABH & ISO compliances of departmental & external audits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
