Clinical Pharmacist

A. Job Responsibilities:

v To Take Brief rounds of all admitted patients for medication administration prescription monitoring and drug interaction.

v To monitor medication error, include dispensing, prescription, Transcription and evaluate route cause analysis with corrective and preventive action.

v Inform medication error report to CMS, Nursing Superintendent and quality Coordinator monthly at the time of error.

v To personally verify chemotherapy drugs, monitor the preparation and dilution process carried out by the nursing staff, and educate chemotherapy nurses regarding drug reactions and proper administration techniques.

v To monitor all Drug infusion in ward, ICU.

v To maintain crash Cart and sub store medicine in hospital respective area.

v To Monitor Narcotic drug use, Prescription and administration very carefully.

v To educate all medical staff about medication management.

v To coordinate and address medication usage committee regularly.

v To prepare and implement narcotic policy.

v To monitor physical impurities in medication if present and to inform in pharmacy department.

v Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.

B. Communication Skills:

v Have good written and verbal communication skills.

v Interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
