Overview
The Medication Management Optimization Pharmacist position is responsible for coordination of the P&T system-wide committee as well as coordinator of large volume pump optimization. This position assists with the following when needed: formulary monographs, REMS program monitoring audits, shortage management, and medication use projects. There is also an education component with precepting ASHP accredited PGY1 residents.
